I have only been able to start exercising now that my kids are older, but I still feel guilty. But, on the other hand I have to tell you that I have never felt better in life since I started running. I sleep better and feel more energetic all day.

Check out the Couch Potato to 5K workout (just google it - I think the website is coolrunnings.com) This is only 30 minutes 3 times a week. Try to find a 5K race you can sign up for as motivation!

One thing that worked for me when I was just starting was actually scheduling the time in my outlook calendar (actually, I got that idea from 7 Habits for Highly Effective People). So pick 3 days (not consecutive) and JUST DO IT!chasing dreamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06477224238462998904noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6025481188912997990.post-1539525420039776442009-07-24T17:34:53.022-04:002009-07-24T17:34:53.022-04:00I feel your pain. During the last few months of the school year, I had worked out a great routine - I was running at 6am three days per week and then going to the gym two mornings per week (they have a nursery and Suvi would go to school). It was great. I felt great.

Then, school ended and I've become a much larger and less energetic version of my former self. Arg!

I have picked up EA Sports Active for the Wii, which is like a personal trainer thingy that you exercise to. It's pretty good but nothing replaces a great outdoor workout!

Good luck! I'm sure something will work for you. You are a trooper for continuing to try!CynthiaKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04960741754070312487noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6025481188912997990.post-71662462575847039482009-07-23T22:57:38.253-04:002009-07-23T22:57:38.253-04:00I should be getting up at the crack of dawn with y...I should be getting up at the crack of dawn with you!!!
